For each of these pieces, I hand-carved a pine plank with my (typically travel-related) design. The wood was then painted and pressed to paper, section by section. The result is that each artwork from the same block shares the same structure (the white lines) but is original in color and rendering. Over time, these variable editions allowed me to explore different environments, moods, and moments in time.
